We Aren’t Kids Anymore is an autobiographical song cycle by Drew Gasparini. What’s magical about it is how universally it speaks to the challenges of being true to oneself as a person and an artist in the face of doubt and pressure - from both both internal and external forces. That, and the fact that every song is a bop! The Studio Cast Recording features the unparalleled talents of Nicholas Christopher, Lilli Cooper, Raymond Lee, Bonnie Milligan, and Colton Ryan, and orchestrations by Justin Goldner. We unexpectedly wound up releasing this album one month into the COVID pandemic, and working on it during that window was a welcome source of joy.
